5 WAYS TO.. GET GOOD SKIN
- Ditch sugar – it breaks down the collagen in your skin – the bit responsible for keeping it firm, plump and youthful-looking.
- Drink at least two litres of water a day – it really does make a difference.
- Get at least eight hours’ sleep a night – any less will show up on your skin.
- Don’t squint at a computer screen for hours on end – Botox doctors dub those frown lines between your eyebrows and squint lines around your eyes ‘Computer Face’! Avoid one by taking regular breaks.
- Wash your face every night with a hot wet cloth (a flannel will do). It’s a cheap way of exfoliating and deep cleansing your skin.
