Hung Curd Pizza

Ingredients

  • ½ cup hung curd  
  • 1 tsp grated carrot
  • 1 tsp grated cucumber
  • 1 tsp spring onion
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • ½ tsp ginger
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2-3 Nachni/ Ragi toast

Method
Mixture the above ingredients except the Nachni toast. Spread the dip over the Nachni toast and serve as a quick healthy snack.
