Our body is the transporter of all our activities hence it is important that are body is not only in shape but also healthy. This is because a healthy body provides us with the inner strength to perform any kind of task.

We often get trapped in health problems and search for a way to overcome or get rid of them. Right knowledge regarding the intake of food in the right measures should be taken for leading a healthy life.


Protein diet

  • Vegetarian Supplement Protein food  
    Soya, pulses, sprouted pulses contain ample amount of proteins.
  • Non-Vegetarian Protein food
    Egg and fish contain a good amount of protein. It is advisory to avoid red meat as much as possible.

Intake of Carbohydrates
Consumption of refined carbohydrates like bread, suji and biscuits in large amounts is not good for health as it imparts less energy and instead increases the weight.
 
Consumption of unrefined carbohydrate like dalia, poha, and chapatti is good for health.

Iron and Vitamin C
Iron increases the blood component in the body. The iron-rich food like green leafy vegetables such as spinach should be incorporated in the diet.

Vitamin C rich food like chana (grams), kamal kakdi (lotus root) and jaggery should be consumed.

Junk food awareness
Intake of junk food like samosa, jalebi, pizza, and burgers etc. contains maida and oil. This causes indigestion and leads to many other diseases. Junk food has a deficiency of calcium and weakens the bones. 

Right water intake
Proper intake of water is essential for smooth metabolic functioning. In winters, 12-14 glasses of water and in summers 25 glasses of water intake is essential for the normal functioning of the body.

Hair Care
Take 4 table spoons of Trifala (Bach) powder and add ½ cup of curd and 4 table spoons of pure ghee and water to it.  Mix it well. Apply this solution on every strand of hair. Put the remaining solution on the centre portion of your head and then tie your hair. Leave for 2-3 minutes and then shampoo. Your hair will become shiny and healthy.
