It’s Men’s Health Week, and while most people talk about spa treatments for women, we caught up with Elodie Lefebvre, spa director, Four Seasons Hotel, Mumbai, who gave us an insight on three popular spa treatments for men, which not only boost them unwind and de-stress but also rejuvenate the body.

“This 90 minute spa treatment is excellent for those who suffer from back pains and especially for those who enjoy a strong massage, says Lefebvre. This treatment combines western deep tissue massage and ayurvedic traditional herb bundles for stress relief. A nourishing treatment, it keeps the skin moist and helps comfort the joints with hot stones and warm oil, giving a therapeutic experience. A complete body massage, it helps in relieving tension and enhancing relaxation.
Tulaa with hot stones
“A 60 to 90 minute rejuvenating experience, this is one of the most popular treatments. Tulaa is a medium to firm aromatherapy massage, which uses mainly palms and fingers, along with long strokes,” explains Lefebvre. Combined with the healing properties of hot stones, this is a great way to balance your body system. It leaves you fresh and rejuvenated.
Neem Healing Facial
When talking about spa’s how can one leave facial’s behind. Perfect against pollution and to refresh your face from the daily grime and work grind, this 60 minute facial is ideal for those who have sensitive skin, which needs purifying. Lefebvre says, “It soothes and purifies the most delicate skin using neem." Neem extracts combined with soothing oils, heal, hydrate and firm, restoring strength and vitality to sensitive skin.
