You need to exercise your heart this fortnight. No, not the cardiovascular exercise, but activities that increase your heart’s capacity for love. One easy way, is to take a leisurely walk anywhere your heart desires, pausing to notice and appreciate the good in whatever form you see, hear or feel. As you do so, something wonderful will happen –

your tension level will fall and you may just clearly hear the voice of your heart – where the Divine dwells.
