Pray to the Power you believe in to bless you with grace to see the truth; courage to face what you discover and inner strength to take appropriate healing. action. If you feel unwell, the most likely cause will be your diet and healing will come from food remedy. Through out the fortnight be aware of how you nourish not just your body but mind and spirit as well. Stick to a healthy diet and feed your mind and spirit with thoughts of self-respect, self-love and joy. Heed the advice and you will experience healing not just in your body but other areas of your life that need healing.

Cancer

You may find yourself absorbed in your troubles created by your unrealistic high expectations. You are likely to find yourself getting easily irritated by the needs of others.  Get your self to do some surprise acts of kindness. As you do so, you will experience a shift in your energy and a sense of well being.

Leo

Your sense of well being shall be restored if you commit yourself to take a decision and make an appropriate choice. Clear choices often bring about miraculous healings because they release our conflicts. Ask for guidance in your prayers and meditation to choose wisely for your Highest Good and those of others. It will be given.

To move ahead on your healing path, you need to review. Gaining independent control of your life, fosters a deep sense of well being. It is time to step out of the boat of dependency onto new shores and never look back.

You are encouraged to unburden thoughts and feelings that are troubling you to an understanding loved one. If that is not possible, seek professional help. You can ask your Creator to dissolve all that wounds your spirit and to restore your health. Do any of the above to prevent further deterioration of your mental, physical and spiritual health.
