Fitness – “Fitness means being healthy and having peace of mind. It is an important priority for me. I feel good health is due to regular exercise and sensible eating. I feel much lighter and fresh after exercising. Earlier, I was regular at the gym, and then I found it a bit monotonous. Hence, since the last six months I am into cardio exercises. I exercise throughout the week by going or a brisk walk or jogging for 5 km. Sometimes I swim as its refreshing and a complete body exercise.
Diet – I eat healthy and stay away from junk food. I eat every two hours and avoid sweets and sugar in my diet. I do not have tea or coffee either. I have food cooked in minimum oil.
I start my day with a glass of fresh beetroot, carrot and tomato juice, post which, I have toast and egg whites followed by fruits. Lunch is dal, rice and vegetables. I avoid rotis. After two hours I have a few biscuits. In the evening I have glass of skimmed milk, poha and fruits. Dinner is veggies, dal, rice or some grilled fish or chicken.
Mind
For me a holiday is the best way to relax, I love starting my day late. When I am not working I catch up with sleep and spend time with my wife. I love exploring new places. I am fond of planes and am a trained personal pilot.
I am try not to react to a situation immediately; I feel if one remains calm it improves the quality of life and can help deal with situations in a better way.
Spirit
Spirituality means peace within oneself. I am not all superstitious and I believe in karma, and one supreme power. I do not feel the need to go to any place of worship to connect with God. I can talk to him anytime. My motto is, - live life king-size and to the fullest.”
