Body
Fitness - “Fitness means a healthy mind in a fit body and not flaunting six pack abs. Having good stamina and freshness on the face is more important.

I exercise five days a week and do more cardio and less of weights. I try to walk as much as I can, so, instead of taking my car out for short distances, I walk. Along with this I play squash as well.

Diet - I eat three proper meals along with two in between snacks like low fat khakra and biscuits. I avoid eating red meat, fried food and maida.

My breakfast includes fruits, oats, brown bread and egg white. Sometimes I have poha cooked in olive oil. My lunch consists of three chapattis, lots of vegetables, dal, curd and a salad. Occasionally I indulge in chicken.  I usually have dinner at 7.30, which consists of salads, fruits and soup.

Mind
Meditating along with pranayam helps keep my mind calm. I make a conscious effort of staying happy and content. To avoid friction I avoid being competitive and believe in giving my best in whatever I do instead.

Strangely making tea relaxes me. I enjoy watching films with my wife along with a bit of cricket and football.

Spirit
Spirituality means reaching a state where you are totally connected to God. I am a firm believer in God, and if I have any unsolved issues, I just leave them to Him. I don’t believe in rituals but I make it a point to pray and thank God everyday for my family and achievements.

I believe in destiny, and whatever has to will happen, all we need to concentrate on is our actions. We are merely catalysts while its God who holds the key to all situations.

My motto in life is to live life simply. I also believe in Buddha’s saying, “If you are worry than you are questioning God’s will.” Hence, we as humans should do are duty and leave the rest to Him.”
