The Kutch Vikas Trust provides free education, boarding and lodging for blind and handicapped children. The trust also has a full-fledged eye hospital, daily eye camps in villages and conducts programmes for prevention of blindness. The trust also has a project of community-based rehabilitation service for the disabled. The trust is also in charge of the `Hospital on rails' in Kutch district.
