After being declared a best seller, fitness expert Namita Jain celebrated the success of her book ‘Jaldi Fit’ along with film actress Deepika Padukone at the Taj Lands End hotel in the city.

A firm believer in leading a healthy lifestyle Namita Jain said, “My book is specially designed keeping in mind the shortage of time in today’s fast paced life. It provides an economical and convenient work out regimen which can be followed at home.”

Joining her in her revelry, Deepika Padukone said, “I too try and stay away from fancy work outs and opt for a holistic approach to remain fit.” The book has a structured fitness plan for the entire week covering all areas of physical fitness by working different sections on the body on different days.

Stirring away from fitness fads and diets and fancy gyms, the book comes along with a 'follow me' demo. “Through my experiences in this profession, I have incorporated exercises which can be done using everyday household items.”

Enthused with the overwhelming response of her first book, Namita announced her plans to launch two new additions to ‘Jaldi Fit’. “My new book will include exercises for those who travel a lot and also those who suffer the side effects of long distance travel. Along with that I also plan to launch a new book shortly – Jaldifit Kids.”
